At AfriMart International Travel & Tours, we curate specialized event-based tours and cultural travel experiences. Due to the nature of these programs, all deposits and payments are non-refundable. This policy allows us to secure accommodations, venues, and services in advance to deliver a seamless experience for all attendees.
All deposits and payments are non-refundable for any reason, including personal circumstances, travel changes, or missed services.
No credits, substitutions, or rescheduling of your reservation will be issued in place of a canceled booking.
In the event that AfriMart International Travel & Tours cancels a tour, customers will receive a full refund of all payments made.
Tours may be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or insufficient bookings. Customers will be notified promptly.
AfriMart International Travel & Tours reserves the right to modify itineraries, schedules, or activities as necessary to ensure safety and program quality. Modifications do not entitle customers to refunds.
