Refund & Cancellation Policy for AfriMart International Travel & Tours:

At AfriMart International Travel & Tours, we strive to provide you with exceptional travel experiences, and we understand that circumstances may arise leading to the need for refunds. Please review our refund policy below:

  1. Refunds for Unused Services:

    • AfriMart International Travel & Tours is not responsible for any unused services or portions of the tour.
    • No refunds will be provided for any missed or unused services due to the traveler's decisions or circumstances.
  2. Tour Modifications:

    • AfriMart Tours reserves the right to modify or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or insufficient bookings.
    • In the event of a tour modification or cancellation initiated by AfriMart International Travel & Tours, customers will be offered the choice of an alternative tour or a full refund.
  3. Refund Processing:

    • Refunds will be processed within 3 days of the cancellation date.
    • All refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  4. Exceptions:

    • In exceptional cases, AfriMart International Travel & Tours may consider refund requests outside the specified policy due to documented emergencies or unavoidable circumstances.

Cancellation Policy for AfriMart International Travel & Tours

  1. Cancellation by Customer:

    • Cancellations made 31 days or more before the tour departure date will be eligible for a full refund.

    • Cancellations made between 16 and 30 days before the tour departure date will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

    • Cancellations made within 15 days of the tour departure date will not be eligible for a refund.

  2. Cancellation by AfriMart International Travel & Tours:

    • In the unlikely event that AfriMart International Travel & Tours needs to cancel a tour, customers will receive a full refund.

    • AfriMart International Travel & Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, customers will be notified as early as possible.
